Stir the very fine grounds into 80 g of cold water in the cezve.
Heat
Heat slowly on low. Watch for the foam to start rising.
Watch the rim
When the foam climbs toward the rim, lift the cezve off the heat.

Pour gently and let the grounds settle before sipping.
