Temperature: 100 °C

Heat

Brewto 150 g

Pull off heat

1 pour

Heat · 100 °C
Place on medium heat with the lid open.
Brew · to 150 g
Watch for the coffee to rise; advance when it starts to flow.
Pull off heat · 0:15
Pull off the heat at the first splutter and cool the base.
