Rinse and assemble
Rinse the paper filter, screw on the cap, and stand the AeroPress on your mug. Add 15 g of medium-fine grounds and level the bed.
Pour · to 235 g · 90 °C · 0:20
Start the timer and pour to 235 g, wetting all the grounds evenly.
Stir · 0:10
Stir a few times to knock down clumps and even out the slurry.
Steep · 1:00
Insert the plunger a short way to seal the chamber, then steep for about a minute.
Press · 0:25
Press down slowly over 20 to 30 seconds and stop at the hiss of air.
