Bunchum is a knowledge tool, not a feed. Half of it looks inward: the cups you brew, dialled in over time. The other half looks outward: the cafés worth a visit and the origins behind every bean. The same calm workflow holds both.

Brew log
Capture dose, yield, ratio, water temperature, grind and time. Then the cup it produced: a rating and the flavour notes you tasted.
Each entry stands on its own page, so the recipe you actually used is never lost between bags or borrowed from memory.
Two levers: grind for extraction, ratio for strength.
Dial-in
Two plain axes hold the diagnosis: sour to bitter for extraction, watery to strong for strength.
Mark where the cup landed and Bunchum names the single correction to carry forward (a finer grind, a different ratio), so each brew teaches the one after it.
